If you oversteer into one of the many chicanes and have to really correct yourself to save it, you often end up cutting the next turn and getting a black fag to add to the time you just lost nearly spinning out. Gets real annoying when you drive a car that spends 90% of its time sliding.

Drove the 49 some more. Now I'm not qualified to say much about the tyres but I do think you guys have a point. There's several points around The Glen where I've been running straight, hit a bump and then get sent into this wild fishtail all the way to the next corner.

Bought the Lotus 49 for drunken lulz. Not sure whether it's right or not, but what a menace to drive.
I lost the gears letting friends practice driving stick shift, then the clutch fork went because because of rust. Pretty much every surface of the car was rusted when it went. It only had 65,000 miles on it, not bad for something that was 20+ years old, but it spent the first 15 years of its life getting snowed and rained on relentlessly at my grandparents house with no cleanup.
Honestly, the last five years I had the thing the only maintenance we did on it was replacing the exhaust pipe when the old one snapped in half and exhaust fumes were coming up through the floor.

Like, I could live with the pay subscription if I didn't have to wait until a certain time to grab a race. I'm a (surprisingly) busy person, so it's hard to get some time to drive. Then, when I finally do, chances are I'm too tired to bother.
I subbed about two weeks ago. Every time I tried to race, the servers needed maintenance. Now I can't run at my license level because they moved to tracks I don't own.
